Each spacious luxury apartment comes fully furnished with lots of extras you would expect from a luxury property. A reserved parking space in the underground parking lot is a unique find in Cabarete, though you may not really need to drive anywhere as everything is in walking distance. Three elevators, each servicing only two units on each floor. 24 hour security and electricity are provided on the property as well.

ROOM OPTIONS

Althgouh neighbors no two units look exactly alike, as the deoration reflects the style of the indivual owner, your choice to stay here will be rewarded. Each 3BR unit can be rented in full, or you can lock-off one or both spare bedrooms, providing the flexibility to reserve a 1BR or 2BR unit instead, depending on your needs. The master bedrooms have ocean view with 1 King bed and walk-in closet leading to the spacious en-suite master bathroom with bathtub and shower. Each of the additional guest-rooms come with1 Queen bed each and both of them have their own en-suite bath with shower.

OF NOTE

If you were any closer to Vela you would be sleeping in the sail racks!

Although this property does not have a pool, the beachfront area directly in front of the property is great for swimming as there is generally much less shore-break on the up-wind stretch of beach inside the shelter of Cabarete Bay.
